About
I consider myself a critical designer that, with the use of 3dimentional objects and storytelling, aims to tackle wicked problems. I enjoy using investigative design methods to give depth and refinement to my design projects. For this, I foster working closely with experts inside and outside the design field. Subjects that catch my interest are our food system, social and environmental design and ceramics.
In my practice I enjoy working with both digital and physical matter. This is for example evident in my interest in 3d printed ceramics, a skill that, among others, I’ve learned during my internship at Unfold (BE) in 2019. I’m grateful for my experience at the artist in residency program at the Pottery Workshop Jingdezhen in 2018. I have finished my bachelor in product design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam in 2020, and finished my MA in Industrial Design at Central Saint Martins in 2022. I'm currently a design placement at Policy Lab.
